I work with children, teens, families, college students, and young adults. I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, committed to creating a space where clients of all identities and backgrounds can show up as they are.
A big part of my work focuses on helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, grief, low self-esteem, and the challenges that come with everyday life, along with the moments that feel anything but everyday.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my style is collaborative and involves us working together at your pace. Therapy should be an open space to process, not something you dread. I pull from approaches such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches.
