I've been practicing for 10+ years. My therapeutic style combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, Gottman (couples), and mindfulness. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients. Regardless of the presenting challenge, my goal is to empower clients to embrace their inner strength and lead fulfilling, balanced lives.
