So many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve been misunderstood their entire lives; told they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or “hard to read.” Whether it’s ADHD, complex trauma, or the dynamic between two people who love each other but can’t seem to connect, the common thread is disconnection from the self.
I specialize in helping neurodivergent adults (especially those with ADHD) and trauma survivors uncover the parts of themselves that had to go into hiding to survive. My approach helps you translate your inner world; your emotions, impulses, and needs; into language that others (and you) can finally understand.
In couples work, I often act as a translator between partners. I help each person hear what’s really being said beneath the defenses, tone, and misunderstandings. My goal is to slow things down enough for empathy and truth to replace the cycles of blame, withdrawal, or confusion.
My style is grounded, direct, and deeply compassionate. I bring a mix of neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice, but also intuition. If you’re ready to understand yourself (or your partner) on a deeper level — not to change who you are, but to finally feel at peace being who you are — I’d be honored to help.
