I aim to individualize care by taking a client-centered and emotion-focused approach, incorporating aspects from a variety of modalities and validating one’s lived experience through a safe and nonjudgmental space. I specialize in treating adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.
