I work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, and life changes. Most importantly, I work with you as a whole-person and strive to address all of the factors impacting your wellbeing. Finding the balance between easing symptoms and developing a more meaningful life is a hallmark of my approach. Often, it can be difficult to open-up and feel vulnerable; I do my best to help you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Many of my client's describe me as gentle and easy to talk to. Out of anything I can offer as a therapist, I believe this is the most important.
My style is to build an authentic, healing relationship with you and pull in a variety of skills as needed. This allows us to collaborate on your treatment and find what works best for you. Through the course of treatment, we will likely look at some of your formative experiences, your values and belief system, and the feelings that drive your everyday life.
