My specialty lies within sport and movement. I believe participation in athletics is a celebration of the whole self, and that qualities we desire such as intensity, competition, grit, and resilience are all within us. I can help you wake or reconnect with them and to call them forward and overcome what difficulty is disrupting you in your pursuits.
