I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy and work with clients who are searching to "find" their confidence again, themselves again within new challenging contexts and difficulties.
I provide two services at my practice, Confluence Mind and Motion: psychotherapy for DSM-diagnoses (such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, etc.), and sport performance coaching for athletes looking to enhance performance and achievement capacity. Common issues in sports are return from injury, athlete-identity work, and access to consistent skills
