My goal as a therapist is to create a space free from judgement so that you feel comfortable to express your true self. At RAFT Counseling, my focus extends to adults, teens, and adolescents 12+, offering both in-office and Telehealth sessions with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. My hope is to walk with you as a support system to encourage the process of healing pain, giving a voice to your experiences, and finding the courage to become the person you want to be.

I base my practice in a Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral approach given my belief that each individual is the singular expert on their own lived experiences and should be treated as such within the therapeutic setting. I also integrate Solutions-Focused Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Logotherapy, and EMDR as appropriate.

I want you to feel valued, understood, and accepted. Sometimes we need an oasis to rest and recover while at other times we need a supportive community to empower us towards our goals. Regardless of which it is, you have the strength to do so and I would be honored to stand alongside you on your journey as we find your way through it.
