I specialize with depression, anxiety, infertility, trauma, familial and life transitions, relational difficulties and bipolar disorder. As a sole practitioner private practice, I am able to provide an integrated approach to mental health treatment, handling all aspects of my practice so you can have human care through every step of the process. In a world increasingly integrated with AI, I value the human element that traditional therapy brings, even through modern telehealth platforms.
My approach is a mix of cognitive behavioral, symbolic experiential, and emotion focused therapy. I work with you to find unhelpful cycles and ways of thinking in your life and to help you work towards a greater sense of happiness and reward in your life. I also offer Lifespan Integration treatment. At the moment, I only provide telehealth services in WA.
