I am currently offering both Telehealth and in-person sessions. I work specifically with clients who have a desire to learn more about themselves, and to increase their experience of vulnerability. While employing a holistic mind, body and spirit perspective, my approach validates each client as having the answers and abilities within themselves to become the best person they can be. I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, but instead I seek to establish a genuine relationship with my clients, and from that determine together an approach that best matches the goals you would like to accomplish.
With a belief in the power of nature and physical activity, my practice offers individuals the opportunity to experience therapy in various outside and movement-oriented modalities, such as walking, hiking, jogging and paddle boarding. I also offer a traditional office setting in Gig Harbor.
Neurodivergent brains/nervous systems can feel out of sync with the way the world is built, leading to internal narratives about being too much, not enough, or broken in some way. I love helping folks discover how their unique wiring shows up in their lives & relationships. I especially enjoy "translating" between neurodivergent and neurotypical experiences.
