I have advanced training in EFT, Attachment Based Theory, and EMDR. I speak English and Spanish and my training in EMDR helps to process through the traumas that are unique to your experience.
I grew up in and love Cache Valley! I have been married for four years and enjoy spending time with my family, mountain biking, hiking, drumming, and reading a good book with a cat on my lap and my wife by my side. When possible, I enjoy traveling to new places across the U.S. or the world where I can explore new cultures and cuisine.
