Parents can be their child's biggest strength through these tough years and is why I am dedicated to strengthening the parent and child relationship to enable children and teens to be successful in dealing with these common issues.
Offering individual therapy creates a safe space for children and teens to align with a therapist to discover their own emotions and coping skills in a healthy way. Once this process has begun parents will then be able to assist in the therapy process by aligning themselves with their child or teen through family sessions in encouraging them in growth.
