Accepting New Clients! I have worked with many clients managing a variety of challenges during my time in the field, and I am excited by the possibility to get to work with you too! My priority in therapy is to honor and value the therapeutic relationship, while creating a safe space conducive to healing. I hope to help each individual develop an understanding of their life story, one which they feel encapsulates their true values. I believe in a strengths based approach to therapy, one in which each individual is the expert of their story as we work together to discover a path forward.
I utilize various therapies in practice, ranging from a narrative-based approach to DBT, and others depending on your needs and interests. I believe strongly in the connection between the mind and body and am an advocate for holistic approaches to mental health care, as well as developing a deeper understanding of how we relate to people, places and things.
I encourage feedback during my work with individuals and always value a collaborative relationship in therapy. I hope to create a safe and healing space for all whom I work with, and look forward to developing relationships that honor the stories and histories of each of my clients.
