Hello! I am a licensed mental health clinician in the state of Colorado. I provide a person- centered approach to clients with varying mental health concerns. I have worked with youth and families for 17 years and have been working with adults for the past six years.
I am a 17-year therapist with a background in working with children, adolescents and adults. I have been trained in trauma-focused care, as well as TF-CBT, CBT, and DBT. I have experience in the areas of reactive attachment, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism, OCD, and gender dysphoria.
