My work is informed by multiple modalities. I don’t believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all venture. Having multiple therapeutic tools at my disposal means I am able to tailor the work we do to your specific needs. I also bring a healthy dose of humor and light-heartedness. The work can sometimes be heavy. We must learn to laugh along the way.
