I offer non-traditional hours to better accommodate busy lifestyles (hence the practice name of Speakeasy Counseling). I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible to all, therefore I offer a sliding payment schedule as well as payment via Medicaid (TennCare), Medicare & most other insurances*. (*Insurance authorizations currently pending) I utilize cognitive-behavioral & other "3rd wave" behavioral approaches to address mood disorders. Mindfulness approaches are used to help deal with stress, anxiety & trauma. Motivational Interviewing approaches are used to help young adults with phase of life issues, substance use & adult ADHD. Family therapy is offered to integrate progress into daily life.
