We have over 25 years of social work and therapy experience in a variety of settings. We use a person-centered approach to therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, principles of Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In addition, we implement biblical principles for those who are interested in faith-based counseling and coaching.
