Hello and Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and the owner of Spartan Consulting & Counseling LLC. I have specialized training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Whole Health Mental Health, and Motivational Interviewing with a mindful self-compassion and integrative/functional medicine approach to identify root causes. Specialties: chronic pain/illness, complex trauma, and military/veteran care.
Evening & Weekend Availability. Virtual Only. I am in the process of transitioning my practice to Southern Indiana, which means on-going changes related to accepting certain insurance plans. As a daughter of a veteran & a wife of a veteran, I have a passion for working with active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
