I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I offer individual counseling to teens and adults facing difficult times and situations within their lives. I work from a solution-focused therapy background, with cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches to provide my clients with a diverse therapy approach to treatment.
