About
Sometimes in order to get better we must go backwards. Sometimes the most painful moments are the most purposeful moments. Remember you are not alone. It is at these difficult times when we may need additional support. I value the opportunity to help clients move forward in their journey of personal growth and development.
As a Veteran, I have experience working with a diverse range of trauma, Military trauma, as well as a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. I enjoy working with individuals, soldiers, children, and families to help them reach their goals by overcoming the challenges we all face.
My professional goal is to provide guidance and support to those who have or are experiencing trials in life. Allow me to use my knowledge and skills gained to offer support in a safe place to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Together we will collaborate to identify your specific needs and create tangible solutions.
