My name is Rosangela Berbert, I'm the executive director at Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley, doing business as Samaritan, Inc. At our center we believe that people seek therapy when they figure that they no longer can or want to struggle alone to achieve the changes they need to live happier and satisfying lives. We help people connect mind and spirit so that they can find deep meaning in their lives and heal from emotional wounds. Professional Services Group (PSG) provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy in Kenosha, Racine, West Allis, West Bend, Fort Atkinson, Waukesha, and Janesville for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues. We have therapists who work with clients as young as 4 years old, as well as adolescents, and adults. We are a trauma-informed practice that believes that it is our job to help clients reach their goals, on their terms. We also offer holistic services, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Reiki, Sound Healing, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Neurobiofeedback.

I am a Substance Abuse Professional and I am certified to perform DOT assessments for positive alcohol and drug tests. I provide counseling for any type of addiction (heroin, alcohol, sex, Internet) in a non-judgmental manner.

In my 17 years of providing mental health therapy, I have strived to assist individuals to find elements of success in managing their emotions and behaviors on a day-to-day basis. As a believer in effective communication, I develop a nurturing environment for individuals and families that involves enthusiasm, flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to change and adapt. My role is to guide you in discovering those abilities and to help you understand how to use them effectively. As such, our sessions will focus on you while working on self-development, coping skills, pain and stress management, and overall empowerment.
