I specialize in working with clients that are experiencing challenges as a result of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, parenting and family crisis, marital discord, substance abuse, addictions, negative self image, tough life transitions and dynamics within their relationships. My interventions engage in correlation with; somatic experiences, mindfulness and grounding approaches, solution focused goal setting, emotional and cognitive processing, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, and the reduction of self harm while increasing self compassion.
