The journey toward healing and overall mental health can be difficult, and often, the most challenging part is knowing where to begin. You may feel stuck or even overwhelmed. My role is to eliminate that complexity, so you can concentrate on the path to recovery, and ultimately free yourself to focus on what matters to you most – your family, your career, your relationships. With specializations in research-based modalities - including EMDR, I empower my clients with the knowledge and understanding to face their challenges, stressors, or symptoms head-on. I enjoy working clients from diverse populations but I particularly enjoy working with individuals from hispanic backgrounds. Being hispanic in America is definitely a different experience and sometimes stressful and I help my clients navigate these things. Whether its interpersonal issues with family, friends, relationships, or work I give my clients the tools to navigate major life transitions. I also work with individuals that struggles with anxiety and depression.

I have had experience in Mental Health, Substance/Alcohol Abuse (COD), Legal, Academic, Parenting, and Mental Health Private Practice. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas for approximately 11 years. I am bilingual and able to provide services in English and/or Spanish.
