En mi experiencia professional en Terapia Psico-dinamica mi meta es ayudarlo a encontrar estabilidad emocional y crecimiento personal. Es muy importante que mis clientes se sientan seguros y relajados en un ambiente compasivo y libre de critica. Es un proceso de colaboracion en el que descubrimos y/o desarrollamos herramientas necesarias que nos permiten reconocer y maximizar nuestras fortalezas, incrementar el auto conocimiento y la auto regulacion, muchas veces para sanar heridas y resolver conflictos.

Creo firmemente que usted es experto de su propia vida y que siempre tiene las respuestas y soluciones.
