Through uncomfortable conversations, vulnerability and willingness to understand and work through our traumas. Starting therapy can be intimidating, I am here to help. I have worked in the field of trauma since 2015. I have worked with children, teens, adults and families addressing trauma, abuse-especially in sexual abuse and domestic violence. I also have experience in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and perinatal mental health.

In my practice, I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, and adults who are wanting to live a healthy life. I have found that people of all ages sometimes find it difficult to communicate their emotions. We aren’t handed an emotions communication manual for today’s world. Plus, the world around us is constantly changing and this can cause us to adapt and survive the best way we know how.

My goal is to provide low-barrier access for those who are concerned about their mental health. I specialize in management of anxiety, panic, grief and loss, and emotional dysregulation using a Compassion Focused Therapy model and Somatic techniques. I have 15 years of experience working with people who have had a gestational or infant loss or who are at risk of post-partum depression. My practice individualizes treatment based on your lived experience, identities, and beliefs. I am currently booking new client appointments for Saturdays.
