In addition, she practices nontraditional Energy Psychology therapies that are also evidenced based. Elsa works part-time at a foster care agency and has a private practice in Westchester, NY.
Ms. Arce uses energy healing methods called Emotional Freedom Techniques. While tapping on specific meridian points on the body, and talking about the specific problem, it effectively release fears, overwhelming emotions, and negative thought patterns. It calms the nervous system allowing the body and mind to return to their natural healing state.
