I've been working as a bilingual psychotherapist for children, adolescents and adults for 20+ years providing individual, couples and family therapy. My approach is eclectic, solution focused and evidence based. It involves identifying challenges a person is facing and developing a strong treatment plan that addresses healing and improved quality of life.
