Hi! Hola! I am a bi-lingual Spanish-English therapist based in CA. I am passionate about therapy and the healing that can take place. I work with adults who are experiencing trauma related symptoms, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I work best with people who are curious about learning more about themselves, discovering how one’s past and/or current traumas affect their present and willingness to embark on a healing journey. I utilize a collaboration and a holistic lens, viewing the mind-body-spirit connection as an important piece to understanding who you are as a whole person.
