Coastal Christian Counseling offers a unique counseling experience, where your Christian faith and values are a part of the solution. God is the ultimate healer and therapists are wounded healers. We have the privilege and responsibility to be co-facilitators with God in our own healing journey. Therapy is goal oriented and solution focused, beginning with the end in mind. Therapy is available for children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, families and adults of all life stages. Therapy can be brief or long term, you decide. Same day appointments available for crisis situations.

My work lies in helping adults whose relationships and overall life connections are being negatively impacted by symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma. Each has its own way of showing up uninvited. Lack of confidence and or clarity tends to blur one's path in moving forward and making decisions. Whether it's a life transition in loss, relationships, feeling stuck, or that "I just don't know", my goal is to help you create a personalized space for growth, discovery, and healing that you will carry with confidence into your life journey.

I will walk alongside you as you find your way out of unhealthy coping strategies into a healthy, intentional life.

As a licensed therapist who has a passion for helping people from all ages and walks of life, I approach counseling in a holistic manner: mental, emotional, relational, spiritual and physical. The method of counseling that I practice is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy techniques and also applying Biblical principles.
