¡Hola! A lo largo de mi carrera he logrado ayudar a una variedad de personas incluyendo mujeres que han sido víctimas de abuso físico, sexual, emocional y violencia doméstica. Me especializo en problemas de adicción, depresión, ansiedad, y trauma. Siendo proveniente de una familia hispana tradicional con diferentes creencias, pensamientos, y expectativas, entiendo las dificultades que ocurren por los choques de cultura y las complicaciones que existen para los padres igual que para los hijos. Soy compasiva y me enfoco en lo que el individuo quiere lograr usando una variedad de intervenciones y por medio de la relación terapéutica.

Puede que sea un poco parcial, pero en mi opinión, ¡la terapia es una de las mejores formas de cuidado personal! En algún momento de nuestras vidas, es importante tener un punto de vista diferente que nos ayude a resolver nuestro desorden. La consejería es un espacio donde puedes venir a descargar el caos en un solo lugar y tener una persona neutral para ayudarte a resolverlo. Es un lugar donde puedes desarrollar habilidades para manejar la presión, procesar problemas difíciles e, idealmente, salir sintiendote un poquito mejor.

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Issues I address: interpersonal conflict, negative body image, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, depersonalization/derealizaiton disorders.
