Mi práctica se dedica a ayudar a las personas a mejor comprender sus emociones y comportamientos para que puedan vivir el momento y mejorar las situaciones en las que están. Me especializo en la prevención, el tratamiento y el manejo de varios problemas de salud mental, incluidos la ansiedad, la depresión, los problemas masculinos, el manejo de la ira/el estrés, los factores estresantes universitarios y profesionales, y el trauma. Sandra has experience with working in communitybased mental health alongside first responders as a police social worker with a background in suicide prevention, grief, and crisis stabilization. She has competency in working with individuals that have experienced symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and needing crisis stabilization.
