It is not easy to make the decision to start therapy, but I believe that the therapy process can help you understand the reasons for your symptoms and behaviors and help you make the desired changes in your life. In a warm and authentic manner, I will help you examine the ways in which you feel stuck or unfulfilled. I am currently the director of Waybridge Psychotherapy Group, where we offer brief and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I work with a broad spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, intimacy, communication, identity and self-esteem, premarital counseling, life transitions, managing emotions, infertility, self-defeating patterns, culture and family.
I earned my doctoral degree from UC Berkeley and completed my internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University, where I am now an Assistant Professor.
