I have been a practicing Mental Health Therapist for close to a decade in the Des Moines metro. My approach is focused on helping clients feel understood and empowered to make positive changes. I endeavor to help clients find real solutions and use practical approaches such as talk therapy and mindfulness techniques. Therapy is hard work, but through challenging dysfunctional thought processes and behaviors, change is possible.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I treat adolescents (12 and up), couples, families and individuals. Providing therapeutic services to people who are seeking change in their personal and professional life is my passion.
