I welcome most clients who desire enhanced mental dispositions. I work with toddlers, teens, adults, and seniors. I promote the most positive attitude in my practice and I share all of my talents in hopes of attaining the very best results possible.

A very effective and helpful therapy that cuts talk time in half, and focuses on releasing present and past emotional distress. We are a full-service Regional Mental Health Diagnostic and Treatment Center. We specialize in providing diagnostic evaluations to identify learning disabilities, attention and memory problems in children and adults. Psychological testing is used for the assessment of ADHD, memory and cognitive decline, personality, mood/bipolar, learning disorders, Autism, visual processing weaknesses, and developmental delay (ages newborn to 3 years). Whether you have a diagnosis of mental illness or you are experiencing strange symptoms that no one seems to be able to explain, they may be arising from a traumatic reaction to a past event that you may not even remember. I have t wo doctorates in clinical psychology (2012 and 2020) in addition to my certification in neurofeedback and hypnotherapy. I teach psychology at the Masters level at Antioch University in Santa Barbara so I'm really good at explaining what I do. I now have a Certificate in Sport Psychology! I am a licensed psychologist at Lifespan who specializes in psychological testing and evaluations for attention, learning and memory problems in children, adolescents and adults. In addition to traditional forms of mental health treatment, I am trained in Neurofeedback and provide a customized treatment protocol tailored to each patient’s individual needs. I have extensive training in trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD and has worked with survivors of all ages.

Family Time centers are community hubs where everyone can get the help or support they need. They can tap into community resources, learn new parenting skills, and/or get individualized support. We provide a location where challenges can be explored and personal relationships can be strengthened.
