My clients are often those keenly aware of the complex time we live in, and are interested to understand what is keeping them from having the vibrant life they seek. You are doing "all the right things," and yet you continue to feel unfulfilled, anxious - in your relationships, sex life, in your work. You might feel stuck creatively. You feel distant, or at odds with your physical body. You'd like to know your story more fully, to understand how past experiences and cultural conditioning have impacted you, and to give your story voice, so you can express yourself - in relationships, work, art - from a place of deeper authenticity.

Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of. I am here to let you know that you do not have to go through this process alone. I am here to provide support whether you are experiencing relationship problems, depression, anxiety, loss, life transitions or even if you are just looking into working on personal goals. I am here for you! I work with an open mind and an open heart. My role as a therapist is to work collaboratively with clients to help them overcome obstacles and recognize their strengths. I have many years of experience working with complex family dynamics in agency work. I became a counselor in order to provide services to individuals and families who needed help with their lives. I count it a privilege to work with clients and meet people in their hour of need and sometimes in their hour of desperation. One of my greatest strengths is helping you discover solutions amidst complicated and emotional challenges that are plaguing your life. I try to meet clients right where they are, and encourage them to see a better future for their lives and families.

Currently not accepting new clients. I will be seeing new clients in June 2024. I work with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges. I will help you tackle depression, anxiety, conflict, PTSD, grief and other challenges so that pain and fear do not block you from life satisfaction and good relationships. Where you feel stuck can be what propels you forward. What causes you pain can be what ultimately changes your life situation. My approach is sensitive, compassionate, humorous at times, and defined by a passion for helping others live their best life.
