Renowned psychologist Carl Rogers once stated that the process of a ‘good life’ involves stretching, growing, and becoming more and more of one's potentialities. He argued that the individual who chooses growth as their compass in life, is truly an inwardly free individual (Rogers, 1961). Inspired by Rogers’ outlook, I focus my work with clients on expanding their process of growth into an engaging endeavor rather than a strenuous one.

As a first generation Middle Eastern therapist, I have had the privilege of working with clients from a wide variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, but what they've all had in common is the desire to feel stronger; whether they're battling social anxiety, depression, or PTSD my clients want to feel empowered and capable of living a better life, and my goal is to teach them the skills they need to overcome the barriers to wellness. My clients are resilient, and I help them discover how their past traumas affect their present and future, and how they can be successful regardless of these challenges.

I'm am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families who are committed to their own personal growth, healing, and well being. I help people who have hit one of life's many unpredictable speed bumps and need help to go over it, increase their vibrational frequency, capacity for joy, and get on with their wild and precious lives.
