Hi! I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience. In 2000, I finished my Counseling education at Arizona State University. For the first few years, I worked in an in-patient mental health facility. Over time, I was more drawn to outpatient work and began starting my own Private Practice in 2006 called Life Transitions Counseling. Recently, I have spent time traveling the world working as a Military Family Life Counselor, aiding in the mental health care of our service members and their family members.

I enjoy working with neurospicy/neurosparkly people, queer people, chronically ill people, and people who simply are ready to dive into what it means to be a human in this world. I believe in the interconnectedness of the body, the mind, and the spirit and will bring it all into our sessions if that is what calls to you. I don't believe in pushing people to disclose if they don't want to. I work within a framework of consent and open-heartedness at all times. When we experience hardship without community support, we learn to defend against emotions that would be simply too much to hold alone. I identify as a pansexual genderqueer woman and I honor therapy as a space where all of our identities are important. I work with the nervous system and show up as my real, genuine self. My clients typically come to therapy when their defenses hold them back from loving relationships or a fulfilling life.

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I've dedicated my career to providing expert knowledge and compassionate guidance to individuals and couples struggling with aspects of their sexuality, including shame, trauma, physical pain, and loss. The people I work with courageously seek to find greater connection with their pleasure, desire, and a sense of ease and comfort in their bodies. I'm so honored to be trusted with these intimate aspects of my clients' lives, and I respect their trust by pursuing excellence as a clinician and holding their stories with great care.
