My philosophy of therapy is guided by Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy. I utilize these orientations to assist my clients in reclaiming an internal sense of order and well-being, so together we experience growth and meaning. What I offer in sessions is real connection feeling safe.
