I have a tremendous amount of success with dealing with clients, that have anxiety (diagnosed, diagnosed). The therapies that is used in our sessions are quite different than most mainstream psychologist. The goal is to help you become well overall and without dependence on medication. Coping strategies will be identified and you will leave sessions with a new awareness of issues that are problematic for you. We will engage in Client-Centered therapy; in such, I will personally help you navigate to help arrive to the best possible outcome for you. Consider me as your personal navigator!

OCD is exhausting, depressing, hinders productivity and prevents you from enjoying life to the full. You've probably felt shame, or maybe you've hidden the special tricks that have helped with decreasing your OCD anxiety. You feel stuck and it's hard to be confident in your decisions. I am an Anxiety, OCD and Trauma specialist. When clients come to work with me they are often struggling with fear of the unknown, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, behavioral and mental compulsions, negative intrusive thoughts and other such patterns that are taking them deeper into the fear spiral. In therapy, I support my clients in developing a kinder relationship with themselves while becoming more conscious of the negative coping patterns that are holding them in cycles of pain. We work on shifting this while also developing the positive coping skills needed to move towards a healthier, freer and more joyful life.
