Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children ages 10-18 and young adults ages 18-24 who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.

As we journey through life's stages, we encounter peaks, valleys and adverse circumstances that will throw us off course. Choosing the high road can be difficult especially when we are stressed, anxious, facing relational problems, parenting problems and difficulties on the workplace. Lisa Wilkinson is a LMHC with Footprints which was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. We began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

For over a decade most of my work is with late teens and adults, across a variety of backgrounds and distinct issues. From treating psychosis, post traumatic stress, attachment and relationship issues, to consultation in common life transitions (family changes, job loss, career change, retirement, etc.) my approach to treatment has helped a considerable amount of lives. The two common factors for their improvement were their willingness to put in effort and choosing me to help them.
