Do you have therapist -seeking decision fatigue? You have probably been reading a lot of therapist’s bios trying to decide who to work with. I have many years of clinical expertise that allows me to offer a greater understanding as well as an ability to create a safe space for you to explore your areas of need. My therapeutic approach is nonjudgmental, to offer support not pathologize. You may feel there is something wrong with you. Those feelings and struggles can become complicated. I can help things feel less complicated, help you find more agency in your life and offer compassion to your parts that need healing.
My specialization: trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction therapy/process addiction: gambling, shopping, hypersexual behaviors, shoplifting. burnout/vicarious trauma, intimate partner betrayal/trauma. Anger Management therapy: Individual therapeutic programing. I work licensed health care professional in HPSP.
I am a non-pathologizing, anti-racist, 2SLGBTQQ affirming, creative, somatic, narrative therapist motivated by a social justice lens. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Substance Use Disorder Evaluations
Do you need an SUD evaluation? Are you concerned about your use or recently got a DWI? I offer Substance Use Disorder Diagnosis Assessment. To ensure there is not a conflict of interest. I recommend using a private clinician to conduct a SUD eval verses going through a treatment center. You will leave the session knowing diagnosis, recommendations and next steps. I use ASAM Criteria/ 6 Dimensions, plus diagnostic tools to support best practice in SUD diagnosing. SUD evaluations are via telehealth. Time: 1.5 hours.
