Sovichan Scaria; LMFT, LPC, I am a Christian counselor and a multicultural Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to facilitating healthy change. I work with clients navigating cognitive, emotional, behavioral, relational, and spiritual challenges in their lives. I accept individuals, couples, and families as they are, honoring their expressed identity without judgment. My preferred approach to counseling is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which emphasizes strengths and practical solutions.
I welcome clients aged 18 years and older and particularly enjoy working with couples and families from diverse backgrounds. I am most comfortable addressing challenges such as relationship conflicts, communication issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in my desire to be a worker in the Kingdom of God. When I began my studies in Marriage and Family Therapy, both at the master’s and doctoral levels, I realized that this field offered a golden opportunity to serve individuals, couples, and families while honoring God’s calling.
