LCPC, LAC (Montana: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor). LPC-MH (South Dakota: Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health). ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). Telehealth only.
Therapy can be scary or difficult to get started; finding the nerve (and time!) to call therapists is overwhelming, and it's frustrating to end up playing phone tag!
