Please note: I am on a waitlist for therapy. However, I am accepting appointments for assessments on a rolling basis. As a Master's level clinician (LCMHCS), I specialize in neuropsychiatric disorders, including ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and Anxiety. In addition, I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced life-changing diagnoses, ranging from brain and spinal cord injuries to terminal illnesses. My personalized approach targets each client's unique concerns, and I collaborate with other providers as needed.

My practice as a clinician focuses on supporting LGBTQ+/queer individuals and couples navigating identity exploration, trauma, and DID or other dissociation. I also have experience working with individuals navigating neurodivergence and eating disorders/disordered eating. I work from a somatic lens informed by training across many areas (gender affirming care, therapeutic gaming, embodied recovery for eating disorders, etc.). I'm happy to discuss what would be the best fit for you.

Are you overwhelmed by everything you need to do, but somehow still struggling to get started or finish what you started? If so, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. I work with adults navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and life transitions, often alongside colleagues at SouthPark Psychotherapy, where we take a neurodivergent-affirming approach to care. Many of my clients struggle with organization, motivation, time management, task completion, or simply keeping up with the demands of everyday life.
