Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or the impact of past experiences, we help you make sense of your inner world, regulate emotional responses, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work with individuals who feel disconnected, stuck in conflict, struggling to rebuild trust, or navigating the impact of past experiences that continue to show up in their present life. Many clients come in feeling emotionally exhausted, misunderstood, unsure of how to move forward. Together, we work to rebuild healthier pathways towards a happier life.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly or have it all figured out. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels right, with care and without judgment.
