Whether it happened to you, around you, and/or in you it happened. Life is a contact-sport and we need to be as whole as we can in order to get the most out of it. But many times it's difficult to do alone. Whether it's naming the problem, describing the issue, adjusting to how it has shaped you, or creating a new you after; you don't have to do it alone. Whether it's recovery from childhood pains, managing emotional difficulties, recovering from devastating losses, or reclaiming identity after trauma; therapy is incredibly helpful as you are given a navigator-companion, that walks through the dark with you to get to the light.

I am compassionate, warm, and humorous (at times) and value being able to help my clients feel connected and comfortable to do the hardest work they may ever do.
