Feeling overwhelmed, angry, and anxious can make you sad. Over time these feelings can multiply and grow. I'd like to help you to learn how to decrease intrusive thoughts. Sometimes it feels like a struggle to make meaningful connections with others. Although you may be afraid to move forward and connect to others, you might still crave closeness with other people. It feels lonely. I'd like to help you by providing tools, and coping skills to help you feel better. We can work together to bring peace to your life, and help you to build more self confidence.
I offer individualized treatments to each person to give you a safe place to talk. We can discuss your personal goals for your life. I offer in person as well as virtual sessions. We will work together to unpack the underlying issues. You are not alone. We will go at your pace.
I know how you may feel. After the Pandemic, many haven't felt the same. It does take great effort to connect with others, and have faith that our efforts matter. That we matter.
