We are not buttoned-up, blank slate therapists. We are an inclusive collective of therapists who understand how important the therapeutic relationship is. Our therapists are trained to treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. So, if you are looking for new coping skills, communication skills, or healing from the past, we can help. Sound House Counseling, LLC provides a variety of therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families and we work with all age ranges. We strive for satisfaction with our imperfections and our therapists know what it is like to sit on that couch in a therapist's office.
We have therapists trained in IFS, CBT, ACT, Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, Geek Therapy, and more, but we focus on connecting with our clients and creating safe place for opening up. Every study has shown that the therapeutic relationship with the client and therapist is the top predictor for successful outcomes in therapy, not styles of therapy.
Starting therapy with a new therapist can be frightening and we have created a team of awesomely flawed humans that want to help reduce that fear of the first appointment.
