I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision, with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master of Arts in Religion. My work exists at the intersection of lived experience, rigorous clinical training, and a lifelong study of anthropology, theology, philosophy, and the human search for meaning.

I draw from evidence-based modalities, including ACT, IFS, REBT/CBT, and the Gottman Method, while weaving in the reflective depth of philosophy and spirituality. My approach is relational and challenging, yet deeply compassionate. Psychotherapy, at its best, is both an art of the soul and a science of the mind.
