Soulful Expressive Arts Therapy & Consultation Services, LLC serves a wide range of clientele from individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. I believe your unique lived experience is the key to helping you understand where you have been and where you want to go. Clients who are open to trusting the process and creative exploration are my ideal client, while attuning to the client to meet them where they are.
Utilizing expressive arts and with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field which includes multiple clinical and community settings creates a diverse range of practice in modalities, diagnoses, and populations served. In addition, I have specialized training in EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, CCPT, Cultural Humility, and Financial Social Work.
It is a gift to stand with humans on a bridge that seems too wide to cross, only to find the gap narrows as the connections grow. As hope sprouts, the journey that once seemed implausible now feels manageable. I see myself as creating a container in a divine experience towards a healing process; bringing “creative healing, for created souls”.
