For 13 years, I've been a guide for women who prefer a restful recovery from home rather than a re-traumatizing hospital stay with Neurologic Music Therapy, Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT), and Mentoring.
With 13 years of hospital experience supporting thousands of hospitalized women, I now help women stay out of the hospital, safe at home, to begin their restful recovery from the very first session. My approach is non-verbal, evidence-based, works with your strengths, and is structured to help your nervous system gently keep pace.
